Ordered online, but I had made a comment about a desire for peach colored roses. They called me right away to let me know that peach wasn't available and to ask if I still wanted that arrangement. That was pretty wonderful, and why I always try to go directly to the local florists rather than through the mega chains. BTW my mom loved the soft pink roses as much as her favorite peach.
